Será excluyente un nivel de inglés C1 en adelante, solida experiencia en modelos financieros y tener al menos 3 años en compañías de Real Estate o consultoría en RE.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros completos, incluyendo modelos de financiamiento, flujos de caja y análisis de inversiones para evaluar futuras oportunidades de inversión.Realizar análisis financiero y elaborar informes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Participar en la preparación de presupuestos, proyecciones financieras y planes estratégicos.Interactuar con inversores, brindando informes financieros y manteniendo una comunicación efectiva.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el CFO y el CEO de la compañía, proporcionando información financiera y análisis para respaldar la toma de decisiones de alto nivel. Requisitos: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.Amplia experiencia en la creación y gestión de modelos financieros, así como en el análisis de inversiones.Deseable el conocimiento contable y familiaridad con las normas IFRS.Experiencia en funciones de Investor Relations es altamente valorada.Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos.Fuerte dominio de herramientas financieras y de hojas de cálculo, como Excel.Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar múltiples prioridades.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con diferentes niveles de la organización.Fluidez en español e inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
