Estamos en búsqueda de un Junior Business Developer en Madrid

Si te apasionan las ventas y tienes experiencia en el sector sanitario o de servicios, esta es tu oportunidad de brillar, buscamos a alguien con al menos 2 años de experiencia en un equipo comercial, con habilidades comprobadas en ventas tanto B2C como B2B.


Funciones principales:
Explorar el mercado en busca de nuevas oportunidades.
Generar leads y mantener un seguimiento activo.
Apoyar en la acción comercial, gestionando agendas y el CRM.
Comprender el proceso de ventas de principio a fin, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre.

Horario y condiciones:
Capacidad para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis y negociación.
Capacidad de trabajar por objetivos.
Contrato indefinido con jornada parcial en julio y agosto, con posibilidad de ampliación a jornada completa después
Teletrabajo, con la opción de visitar nuestra sede en Barcelona una vez al mes.
Requisitos
Formación académica relacionada con ventas, negocios, marketing u otro campo relevante.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas B2B y B2C
Alto nivel de inglés
Disponibilidad para viajar

Habilidades a nivel digital:
experiencia alta en Excel, manejo de Bases de datos, CRM.
Vivir en Madrid.
