Descripción del puesto de trabajo
Recepción de pedidos de clientes mediante SAP,Tratamiento diario de los correos electrónicos internos y externos.Seguimiento de los pedidos en todas sus fases: colorimetría, tarificación, producción, expedición y transporte, para garantizar la entrega efectiva dentro de los plazos de la empresa.Control de las entregas y agrupación de las líneas para optimizar la logísticaContacto diario permanente con los clientes y los servicios relacionadosGestión de las existencias de los envíos y facturación de los consumos a final de mes.Tramitación y envío de los distintos documentos solicitados por los clientes: copias de albaranes, facturas,Gestión de los expedientes de reclamaciones: rotura, pérdida, calidad de los productos, devoluciones. Seguimiento desde la creación de la orden de devolución hasta la compensación del cliente, en estrecha colaboración con el responsable comercial y el departamento administrativo para la creación de notas de crédito y la refacturación.Gestionar la recogida de los envases retornables vacíos de los clientes para garantizar una rotación lineal y evitar la falta de existencias.Registrar las reclamaciones de los clientes y las averías en el ETQ.
Perfil buscado (H/M/D)
3 a 5 años de experiencia con conocimientos básicos de Exportación / Comercio exterior, gestión de clientes ó muy acostumbrado/a a manejarse en entornos de multinacionales complejos (múltiples cuentas, clientes, países, etc...). Ingles al menos B2 y valorable francés y/o portuguésPerfil proactivo, trabajador y con ganas y capacidad de aprenderZona corredor del Henares, con coche propio
