Principales Responsabilidades
Colaborar con otros jefes de departamento para definir, priorizar y desarrollar proyectos. Desafiar a las partes interesadas en lo que respecta al alcance, el presupuesto y la justificación de los proyectosDirigir las actividades de planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y control de proyectos para garantizar su éxitoDefinir el alcance, los objetivos, los resultados y los plazos del proyecto en colaboración con las partes interesadasDesarrollar planes de proyecto exhaustivos, incluida la asignación de recursos, la presupuestación y las estrategias de gestión de riesgosCoordinar las actividades del equipo del proyecto, delegar tareas y proporcionar dirección y apoyo a los miembros del equipoSupervisar el progreso del proyecto, identificar problemas u obstáculos y aplicar las medidas correctivas necesarias para mantener los proyectos en marchaComunicar periódicamente el estado, las actualizaciones y los riesgos del proyecto a las partes interesadas y a la dirección, y proporcionar actualizaciones periódicas al equipo directivo.Garantizar el cumplimiento de los reglamentos pertinentes, las normas de calidad y las políticas de la organización durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyectoPerfil del candidato/aEstudios mínimos de grado en Administración de Empresas, Ingenería o similares.
