Planasa busca incorporar un Jefe de Proyectos de Transformación Digital, para incorporarse en sus oficinas de Madrid o de Valtierra (Navarra).


Las tareas a realizar serán las siguientes:
Detección problema de negocio y búsqueda de solución digitalExperiencia en frameworks agilePlanteamiento de impacto y business case asociadoDefinición solución tecnológicaCoordinación y gestión del desarrollo ágil trabajando directamente con proveedores especializados en distintas tecnologías (IoT, RPA, ERP...)


Formación a usuariosCoordinación de la implantación de solución digitalPropuesta de escalado horizontal (funcionalidades) y vertical (geografías)Trabajo directo con negocio (departamento Operaciones, Comercial, Financiero, HR...)


y proveedores de primer nivelReporting de KPIs de proyectos al Digital Transformation ManagerPara ello, se requiere:

Ingeniería o Grado en Telecomunicaciones / Agrónomo (con complemento formativo en tecnología)

Valorable Máster en Transformación Digital, Innovación o Nuevas tecnologíasExperiencia de 2 a 4 años en posiciones similaresExperiencia en consultoría digital (proyectos de implantaciones tecnológicas)Idiomas:
Español, Nativo / Inglés, C1Conocimiento de nuevas tecnologías (IoT, Cloud, Big Data...)Nivel avanzado paquete OfficeConocimientos de metodologías ágiles (kanban y scrum)Alta capacidad analítica para el análisis de datos y KPIsProblem solvingDisponibilidad para viajar
