Digital Solutions for Sales supports BASF's strategy to focus our strengths on our customers by providing capabilities to continuously optimize business decisions and customer experience. You will be part of a truly global team, working agile and with a high passion to enable our sales teams to perform at their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement of platform integrations into BASF digital landscape.
  • Ensure high-performing operational integration of the platform.
  • Define and execute the needed review and monitoring processes
  • Interact with salesforce on upcoming releases and fixes
  • Interact with our product teams (sales/marketing/service/commerce)
  • Monitor and manage integrations
    • Contribute to and follow integration guidelines proactively.
  • Define and execute operational data management processes.
  • Implementation of user stories with focus on salesforce and SAP integration
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant Business/IT studies
  • Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems
  • Data mapping and transformation expertise
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting of integration issues Internal
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture.
  • A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and stay updated with integration best practices.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You can demonstrate fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with SAP integration methodologies and technologies
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
