GINDUMAC is an international grown-up in the used industrial machinery trading market. We are using a state-of-the-art online platform for global trading of industrial used machinery.
PRODUCT OWNER
As a Product Owner for our transactional online platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product development efforts.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of a user-friendly and robust platform.
Your primary focus will be on platform development, product publishing, and content management, with the goal of optimizing the efficiency of internal processes, user experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introducing Process Efficiency
- Introduce new processes and workflows for product publishing, and managing product catalogs
- Work with crossfunctional teams to streamline the product publishing process and enhance efficiency
- Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback from users to identify areas for optimization
- Implement strategies to improve product discoverability and drive sales.
- Set up AI solutions to increase productivity
- Professionalize Content Management
- Oversee content management activities, including the creation, editing, and publishing of content.
- Develop content strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
- Set up a team structure to create engaging, compelling and SEOrelevant content that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness
- Platform Development
- Professionalize Content Management System (CMS)
- Connect Platform and Content Management Operations with Customer Portal
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize platform features and enhancements.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on development progress to ensure alignment with product vision and goals.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Hands-On Mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high determination, and proactivity
- Hard worker and willing to do the extra mile
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Profound communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Spanish, or German is a plus
- Ideally you have already gathered a 2–3year experience in Product Owner roles
