Are you an experienced Office Manager/ Business Administrator and looking to work with an international, ground breaking, agri-tech robotics company? If so, we are looking to talk with you about an exciting opportunity to join Earth Rover Europe SL.

We are looking for an Financial Assistant to organise and coordinate within our Barcelona office. The role is to provide administrative support to the team, as well as creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. You should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage. You should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

The general duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, managing office supplies, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to the team. Other responsibilities include:

Serving as the point person for arranging Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, ShoppingOrganising the office layoutMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairsSupport the update and maintenance of office policies, procedures and guidelines (as necessary)Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on timeManage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reportingProvide general support to visitorsAssist in the onboarding process for new hiresAddress employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, equipment and travel arrangements)Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security servicesPlan in-house or off-site activities such as team meetings and conferences.Essential experience, training or skills:Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office or Google SuiteHands on experience with office machines (e.g. printers)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsYou must have the right to work in Spain.Education:

High School education as a minimum; additional professional qualifications as an Business/ Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or Secretary will be a plus (experience or equivalent training to this level will be taken into consideration for the right candidate).

Fluent in Spanish and English.
