En Maternify queremos incorporar al equipo un Junior SDR que nos ayude a llevar la compañía al siguiente nivel.

Buscamos una persona muy organizada, que le ponga pasión y atención al detalle a todo lo que haga, que le gusten las ventas y las personas, y que tenga muchas ganas de desarrollar su carrera en una Startup.


Tus responsabilidades principales serán:

  • Asistir a los clientes durante el proceso de venta y contratación a través de comunicación por chat y teléfono, garantizando una experiencia excepcional.
  • Coordinar la asignación de los servicios contactando con el profesional adecuado. Mantener depuradas y actualizadas las fichas de clientes, profesionales y servicios en el CRM.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras en el proceso de gestión comercial.

Tu perfil:

  • Quieres comerte el mundo y tu carrera profesional es tu medio para ello.
  • Terminaste tus estudios el año pasado y estás buscando un proyecto que te ilusione. Valoras la oportunidad de unirte a un proyecto joven y con mucho futuro.
  • Hablas español nativo y tienes buen nivel de comunicación tanto oral como escrito.
  • Eres flexible y capaz de adaptarte a los cambios rápidamente.
  • Experiencia en el entorno digital, preferiblemente en el uso de CRMs.

Qué ofrecemos:
Incorporación inmediata con contrato indefinido. Salario de euros brutos anuales con posibilidad de bonus por objetivos. Capacidad para influir y crecer dentro del equipo. Teletrabajo lunes y viernes + semanas concretas del año.
