Sobre el puesto:

La principal responsabilidad de este rol de Technical Support Specialist - EV Charging es la monitorización, operación y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de recarga pública en España y Portugal con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de "reliability" y disponibilidad, así como definir procedimientos operativos y liderar la interlocución con los fabricantes e ingenierías para asegurar la correcta puesta en servicio de nuevos equipos.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

Monitorización en remoto de la infraestructura de recarga eléctrica, cargadores, centros de transformación y cuadros de baja tensión.Revisión del protocolo OCPP para identificar problemas de comunicación, proponer acciones correctivas y liderar la interlocución para su implementación con los fabricantes y proveedor de CPMS.Controlar en el día a día la correcta gestión de las acciones preventivas y correctivas en campo y en remoto que aseguren la operación y mantenimiento de los puntos de carga.Apoyar al Operations & Maintenance Manager en la optimización y digitalización de procesos.Definir junto con el equipo de operaciones y mantenimiento estrategias que contribuyan el máximo aprovechamiento de la tecnología y aseguren una operación de calidadLiderar la interlocución con el equipo de tecnología para la resolución de incidencias y escalado a fabricantes Formación: Grado en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones / Industrial /Eléctrica o relacionadosIdiomas: Español nativo e Inglés alto. (deseable portugués)

Experiencia:

A partir de 2 años de experiencia desempeñando roles similares en el sector de la movilidad eléctrica.Imprescindible haber trabajado con protocolo OCPP, CPOs o fabricantes de cargadores de DC.
