Position:


Supporting the preparation of documentation and other workstreams regarding equity and debt venture transactions for 6+ funds in Ireland, US, Cayman, Jersey and other jurisdictionsInvolved in tracking regulatory and compliance issuesAssisting with corporate governance of multiple Flashpoint entities Developing policies and procedures for the organizationInteraction with investors and administrators with respect to all fundsBenefits:Training by experienced legal and investment teamsDeep transactional exposure over a variety of jurisdictionsPotential travel to other Flashpoint offices and participation in offsitesBecoming a member of a diverse, international team with a strong corporate culture.
