Descripción del puesto:

En BCNC Group, estamos en la búsqueda de un Technical Lead Front End Developer con más de 5 años de experiencia en y TypeScript.

El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en diseño de arquitectura de software y soluciones, y será capaz de liderar un equipo de desarrollo para colaborar con una de las principales empresas del sector textil.


Requisitos:

Experiencia:
Más de 5 años en y TypeScript.

Educación:
Ingeniería Técnica - Técnico en Informática de Gestión.

Conocimientos Necesarios:
Desarrollo Front-end.
Arquitectura de Software.
Metodología Scrum.
Testing.
CSS y preprocesadores como Sass o Less.
Herramientas de control de versiones (especialmente Git).

Responsabilidades:
Captura de requisitos funcionales y liderazgo de equipos mediante Scrum.
Contribuir al diseño arquitectónico del software y soluciones.
Actuar como punto de referencia técnico, creando un ambiente laboral positivo y brindando respaldo técnico integral.

Habilidades Técnicas:
Desarrollo con React y TypeScript, creando componentes escalables y reutilizables.
Implementación de microfrontends y Single Page Applications (SPA).
Enfoque en eficiencia con técnicas de caché y minificación.
Estrategias de testing efectivas.
Buenas prácticas de desarrollo y conocimiento del ciclo de vida del software.

Soft Skills:
Liderazgo técnico.
Resolución de problemas.
Gestión de proyectos.
Coordinación de equipos.
