Your day at NTT DATA

The Financial Analyst is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data to facilitate decision-making and provides guidance to business stakeholders within the business.

This role makes financial recommendations based on the data they have gathered and analyzed, which includes information regarding past company performance against set metrics and cost management.

What you'll be doing

As a Financial Analyst it is expected that you will be adept at taking business requirements and converting these into functional requirements for development. You will have a passion to understand how the business operates, ensuring that existing processes are well documented and optimised end-to-end.

In order to be successful in this position the candidate will have a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.

Key and Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analyst
  • Work with the different stakeholders to collect requirements for the required business process to do an initial analysis and proposal.
  • Align development activities with company priorities.
  • Perform analysis, and research about tools and processes which can improve the overall design and efficiency of the business workflow.
  • Support the alignment and ongoing optimization of processes across teams in our business.
  • Provide training to the different regions, users and stakeholders about business tools and processes
  • Create integration / migration business cases.
  1. Other day to day tasks:
  • Plan and execute other tasks and projects in the context of Group Finance planning
  • Create specific analysis, reports or periodic tasks established within the department.

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role.
  • Good communication skills - to be able to liaise effectively with all levels across the organization (in different regions and functions)
  • Financial/ Management Accounting Skills
  • Logical Thinking & Analytical Capability
  • Data / Financial Analysis (and presentation skills in English to high profile stakeholders)
  • System Architect (CPQ, ERP, BI etc) from finance perspective
  • Self-driven, time-management and organization skills
  • Experience of supporting business by understanding the requirements from business
  • Exceptional level of judgement with proven problem-solving skills with the fortitude to take initiative where appropriate
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Word. Especially Excel for Data mining/analysis)
  • Degree in Science, Business, Engineering or Economics, or equivalent experience
