Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activitiesProvide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyStay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clientsCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and negotiate rates on behalf of clientsHandle bookings, reservations, and payments efficiently and accuratelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneur mindsetStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in using travel booking systems and toolsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesA reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at homeCitizens of México, United States, Australia, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Spain, Panama, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Italy, and Perú
