International Operational Marketing Specialist

Reportando al departamento de Expansión Internacional su misión consiste en adaptar las estrategias globales de marketing a los mercados internacionales bajo su responsabilidad y realizar una gestión adecuada para garantizar la sinergia entre la marca, el licenciatario/master y el consumidor final con el objetivo final de incrementar las ventas, dar a conocer el producto y generar tráfico.
Las principales funciones relativas al International Operational Marketing Specialist son:
Nexo de unión entre Expansión Internacional y Marketing Global (producto, comunicación y trade).Adaptación a cada mercado internacional: calendario anual de lanzamientos, acciones de captación, campañas retail, escaparates, acciones exclusivas del país, diseños de producto, ferias, comunicados por idioma.Creación de acciones específicas para países. Para las acciones exclusivas de cada país, liderar el proyecto las acciones de principio a fin: establecer timings, realización de briefing según estándar headquarter, liderar equipo de proyecto, seguir los procesos de validación correspondientes, creación de ofertas sell-in / sell-out específicas, bases legales.Gestión integral de las acciones de apertura y de captación (contacto con agencia, adaptación de las acciones de micromarketing a casuística tienda y país, contacto y gestión con licenciatario/master, gestión incidencias).Planificación de todos los elementos de visibilidad y sell-out necesarios para abastecer a los países (PLV, GWP, packaging y otros). Decisión sobre producir o colocar en Sharepoint.Supervisión de la revisión de traducciones de los materiales globales de marketing, del envío de los comunicados y del envío de muestras.Creación y adaptación de comunicados a red de ventas, incluye cambios de fechas y precios. (Para las acciones exclusivas: Gestión integral del comunicado).Análisis de las acciones de la competencia de cada país. Reporting por campaña.Gestión de las tarifas Sell-in y Sell-out. Establecimiento de Pricing de las novedades en cada país junto con los área managers.Gestión del helpdesk de Marketing Internacional (producto, comunicación, trade)Apoyo en la elaboración de previsiones de ventas y penetraciones de promociones y de lanzamientos.Establecer un estándar de análisis que puedan enviar mensualmente los distribuidores.Preparación y participación en reuniones periódicas con el responsable de cada país para presentar el plan de Marketing & Comunication a los licenciatarios/masters. Perfil académico y experiencia requerida: La figura del International Operational Marketing Specialist debe contar con: Necesario Grado en Marketing, ADE o similarNivel avanzado de Office: Excel y powerpoint.Imprescindible nivel muy alto de Inglés.Conocimientos en Francés B1.3/4 años de experiencia como Trade Marketing o Marketing operativo en empresas Retail en sector fashion/beauty.Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y personas. Capacidad de adaptación.Persona responsable, con iniciativa y capaz de gestionar un alto nivel de complejidad en el día a día. Problem solver. Multitasking. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
