### Mission

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an Industrial Electromechanical Maintenance Technician.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electromechanical machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and production continuity.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret, design, and update mechanical drawings. Sketch and machine assemblies and elements based on a specific model. Execution of mechanical assemblies and disassemblies.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electromechanical equipment, including: electric motors, control systems, automation devices, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, among others.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in industrial equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimize machinery downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and propose improvements.
  • Comply with safety standards and established procedures during all maintenance activities.
  • Properly document maintenance activities performed, including repairs, spare parts used, and time spent on each task.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and technological updates of equipment and facilities.
### Requirements

  • Technical degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance, preferably in production environments.
  • Experience in repairing industrial machinery with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Solid knowledge in mechanical measurement and adjustment.
  • Professional handling of manual workshop tools: grinder, drill, polisher, among others.
  • Use of measuring instruments: caliper, calipers, rules, squares, among others.
### Preferred Qualifications

  • Machining skills using machine tools (lathe and milling machine).
  • Knowledge in electrical and electronic systems.
  • Welding skills with electrode, MIG/MAG welding in steel/stainless steel/aluminum.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of tooling used in welding and machining.
  • Experience with the operation of overhead cranes.
  • Resource Preventive Training and/or special risks: "Work at Height," "Electrical Hazard," "Use of Overhead Crane," "Use of Forklift."
