LanguagesFull professional level of EnglishProfessional level of Spanish (is a big plus)Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify and categorize decision-makers in different sectors Track potential clients Arrange meetings to generate new business opportunities Optimize lead qualification processes Develop strategies to recruit potential clients Participate in marketing automation workflows Contribute to sales proposals Analyze reports (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, ABM program)Update and clean client information in the CRMCore Skills/experienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is a plus1 or 2 years of experience in Lead Generation or a similar roleProactive, empathetic, and well-organized in managing workloadsPossesses a positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challengesDemonstrates creativity in problem-solving and possesses excellent communication skillsKnowledge of CRMs, particularly experienced in Salesforce or Pardot would be a big plusWhat's on offerPermanent contractBonusFlexible working hoursHybrid work model (3 days at the office)Restaurant PassFree private health insurance after 6 months with the companyFresh fruit and gym Office located in Rubí, BarcelonaOur recruitment processStep 1:
