Requirements

Ideal Candidates:

Professionals with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experienced recruitment coordinators with a strong background in talent acquisition. Strategic thinkers adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Effective communicators who thrive in collaborative team environments. Detail-oriented individuals excelling in fast-paced, recruitment-driven settings. Enthusiastic learners committed to advancing their recruitment skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly valued. Familiarity with recruitment best practices and compliance advantageous. Significant industry experience in recruitment coordination is preferred.

Your Role:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse clients. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. Source and screen candidates to identify top talent. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities. Bring innovative solutions to recruitment challenges and stay updated on emerging trends. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in recruitment. Support in documenting and presenting recruitment strategies and outcomes.
