Tu función
En la actualidad, Kuehne+Nagel busca un/a profesional para el puesto de National Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Expert para sus oficinas ubicadas en Madrid o Barcelona. En dependencia del/de la responsable de área, deberás encargarte de la implementación de proyectos, garantizando un inicio sin problemas y sin fallos, evitando cualquier interferencia con el negocio existente y llevando a cabo dichas implementaciones a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y dentro del alcance solicitado, manteniendo una interlocución fluida tanto con agentes internos como externos.
Tus responsabilidades
- Control, supervisión e informes sobre el progreso actual del proyecto y su estado, haciendo uso de las herramientas oficiales.
- En cooperación con las partes interesadas clave (Operaciones, Sistemas de Información, Tecnología de la Información, Instalaciones, Bienes Raíces, QSHE, Recursos Humanos, etc.), organizar todos los elementos relevantes del proyecto como el personal, la adecuación del almacén, la conectividad de IT, el desarrollo e integración del WMS, etc.
- Coordinar todos los recursos asignados al proyecto de tal manera que este pueda ser compleado en su totalidad dentro del tiempo y el presupuesto establecido.
- Liderar la comunicación relacionada con el Proyecto de Implementación con el Cliente, así como con todos los departamentos de KN y de gerencia.
- En cooperación con las partes interesadas relevantes del proyecto, desarrollar y dar seguimiento al Plan del Proyecto, al Documento de Definición del Proyecto y al Concepto Logístico.
- Apoyar los procesos operativos durante el período de puesta en marcha y estabilización hasta que se pueda realizar una entrega segura a Operaciones.
- Asegurar la transferencia de información con otros proyectos de implementación que pudieran ser similares.
- Cumplimiento total con las directrices y procedimientos de KN.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de National Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Expert.
Tus habilidades y experencias
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en funciones similares como Project Manager, background en logística sería un plus.
- Capacidad para analizar datos y métricas de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora.
- Gran capacidad de comunicación/negociación así como para las relaciones interpersonales.
- Adaptabilidad y capacitación para resolver conflictos.
- Inglés fluido.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
