El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida formación técnica, experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B y un alto nivel de inglés. Se responsabilizará de identificar y cualificar oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar relaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes, y cerrar ventas en las áreas del País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria y Asturias.

Descripción del puesto: Technical Sales - Sector Eléctrico

Funciones principales:


• Identificar y cualificar oportunidades de negocio en el sector eléctrico.

• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes.

• Asesorar a los clientes sobre productos y servicios técnicos del sector eléctrico.

• Elaborar propuestas y presentaciones técnicas personalizadas.

• Negociar y cerrar contratos de venta.

• Gestionar proyectos de venta desde el inicio hasta el cierre.

• Proporcionar soporte técnico preventa y postventa a los clientes.

• Realizar seguimiento de las ventas y generar informes.

Requisitos:


• Formación:
o Título de Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Eléctrico o similar (valorado).
o Formación técnico-profesional relacionada con el sector eléctrico (valorado).


• Experiencia:
o Al menos 3 años de experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector industrial, de bienes de equipo o de soluciones de robotización.
o Experiencia exitosa en la identificación y captación de nuevos clientes.
o Experiencia en la elaboración de propuestas y presentaciones técnicas.
o Experiencia en la negociación y cierre de contratos de venta.
o Conocimiento de los productos y servicios del sector eléctrico (valorado).


• Habilidades:
o Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
o Sólidas habilidades de negociación y persuasión.
o Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
o Orientación a resultados y capacidad para alcanzar objetivos ambiciosos.
o Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
o Alto nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).


• Actitud:
o Perfil "hunter" con iniciativa y proactividad para la búsqueda y captación de nuevos clientes.
o Enfoque comercial y orientado a resultados.
o Capacidad de adaptación a diferentes entornos y clientes.
o Pasión por la tecnología y la innovación en el sector eléctrico.
