Actualmente buscamos cubrir la posición de Business Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo ubicado en Málaga y desempeñar un papel fundamental en nuestro éxito continuo.
Reportando al responsable de analítica del Grupo, formará parte del equipo encargado de la generación, análisis e interpretación de los principales KPIs de negocio de las distintas empresas del grupo. Será también responsable del seguimiento de los objetivos y trabajar en la automatización de los reportes existentes, así como desarrollar procesos de ETL.
Funciones:
Colaborar con los equipos de negocio para comprender los procesos actuales e identificar oportunidades de mejora.Realizar análisis detallados de datos y procesos para identificar áreas de ineficiencia y oportunidades de automatización.Dar soporte a las distintas áreas en la generación de los planes de negocio, objetivos y estimaciones mensuales. Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones automatizadas utilizando herramientas y plataformas de automatización como Python, o herramientas de BI (Business Intelligence).Crear documentación técnica y de usuario para las soluciones automatizadas implementadas.Colaborar con los equipos de TI y de negocio para implementar y mantener las soluciones automatizadas, asegurando su integridad y eficacia a lo largo del tiempo.Proporcionar soporte y formación en el uso de las soluciones automatizadas.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración de Empresas u otro campo relacionado.Experiencia previa, mínima de 1 año, como Analista de Negocios o rol similar.Experiencia de 1 año con herramientas ETL. Valorable conocimientos en ML e IA.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos.Experiencia práctica en el desarrollo de soluciones automatizadas utilizando herramientas como Python, SQL, o herramientas de BI como Power BI y Power Automate.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar efectivamente con equipos interdisciplinarios.Orientación al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
