Funciones:

  • Asesoramiento a grandes patrimonios, family offices, directivos de grandes compañías y fondos, a emprendedores, y a personas físicas con una aproximación global e innovadora a nuestros clientes, cubriendo todas sus necesidades personales, financieras y empresariales.
  • Planificación patrimonial y sucesoria familiar con un foco en los aspectos fiscales, mercantiles y regulatorios, con experiencia en asuntos complejos y multijurisdiccionales.
  • Redacción y ejecución de protocolos familiares vinculados a grupos empresariales, así como a la sucesión generacional en la empresa.
  • Planificación de operaciones de reestructuración empresarial desde el punto de vista fiscal y mercantil, en el marco del diseño y ejecución de estructuras de inversión eficientes.
  • Diseño y ejecución de estructuras de inversión eficientes, incluyendo la constitución de SIL, SCR, FCR, SOCIMI y otros vehículos de inversión.
  • Determinación y justificación de la residencia de personas físicas o grupos familiares.
  • Análisis de las implicaciones fiscales en el diseño e implantación de planes retributivos a directivos de grandes empresas y fondos, así como revisión de tales aspectos en planes sometidos a Derecho extranjero.
  • Asesoramiento fiscal en operaciones inmobiliarias tanto a personas jurídicas, como a personas físicas a título personal o en el marco de una actividad profesional.
  • Asesoramiento en la constitución de Fundaciones, Asociaciones u otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro
