Gestión de Ventas y Marketplaces:
Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en el HQ para gestionar las relaciones con marketplaces y minoristas.Monitorear el rendimiento de las ventas e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.Asegurar que las listas de productos estén optimizadas y actualizadas en todas las plataformas.Relaciones con Influencers y Medios:Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con influencers en España y Alemania.Coordinar campañas con influencers para promocionar los productos de SoyMomo.Contactar con medios de comunicación y blogs para asegurar cobertura y reseñas.Coordinación de Logística y Entregas con el equipoAsegurar la entrega puntual de productos a clientes y minoristas.Monitorear y gestionar los procesos de la cadena de suministro para prevenir retrasos con el equipo en HQ.Coordinarse con socios logísticos para resolver cualquier problema de entrega local.Aseguramiento de Calidad:Revisión y testing de los productos para asegurarnos que funcionen correctamente en los territorios Europeos.Resolver cualquier problema relacionado con la calidad de manera oportuna en conjunto con el equipo tecnológico en HQ.Auditorias periódicas al departamento de Soporte al Cliente:Apoyo a la Marca y Marketing:Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de marketing adaptadas al mercado europeo.Participar en ferias y exposiciones para promocionar los productos de SoyMomo.Colaborar con el equipo global de marketing para alinear los mensajes y campañas de la marca.Tareas Administrativas:Manejar tareas administrativas relacionadas con las operaciones de la oficina en Europa.Preparar informes y presentaciones para el equipo de gestión.Este puesto es para ti si:Te sientes cómodo/a con el e-commerce y ventas onlineTienes el empuje para encontrar contactos claves en Retail, Blogs, prensa, etc. Puedes revisar Google analytics y obtener conclusiones para trabajar con el equipo de MarketingEres extremadamente proactivo/a y muy ambicioso, la oficina crecerá dependiendo principalmente de ti. Te sientes cómodo/a trabajando solo durante periodos de tiempo y tienes capacidad de auto gestión. Atento a los detalles, desde una caja en mal estado hasta productos defectuosos deben ser detectados y detenidos a tiempo. Fluidez en español e inglés, conocimientos de alemán son un plus. El Gerente de Europa desempeñará un papel crucial en la expansión de la presencia de SoyMomo en el mercado europeo y en garantizar los más altos estándares de operación y satisfacción del cliente. Esta posición tiene un alto componente en remuneración basado a cumplimientos de objetivos.
