Buscamos a un Account Executive capaz de asumir retos y mucha responsabilidad. Con ganas de crecer en la empresa y mucha ambición, pues estamos en plena expansión nacional y próximamente internacional - estamos planeando nuestra expansión a Miami

Debe tener dotes comerciales, conocimiento de upselling y cross-selling, curiosidad por la restauración, autonomía, empatía, capacidad de negociación, proactividad y positividad.

Tiene que derrochar pasión por pertenecer a una empresa dedicada hacia los clientes, con un equipo joven y sobre todo, ganas de trabajar.

Su principal función será organizar reservas (desde 2 hasta +400 personas) en los restaurantes que los clientes quieren reservar y, en caso de que el cliente no sepa dónde realizar la comida o cena (el 90% de las ocasiones), proponer diferentes propuestas de restaurantes empezando por los afiliados a nuestra propia marca "Executive Restaurants of the World", incrementando así las reservas entre semana de los mismos y aplicando estrategias de venta para ello.

Por lo que deberá ser una persona apasionada a los restaurantes, la comida y los viajes, y querer conocer "al dedillo" todos los restaurantes, asumiendo así conocimientos de los restaurantes de moda, tradicionales, etc.

Funciones / Tareas / Responsabilidades

FUNCIONES

Selección y personalización de propuestas de restaurantes bajo cada petición: desarrollar relaciones de consejero de confianza con las cuentas clave.

Atención telefónica.

Envío, seguimiento y cierre de propuestas.

Visitas y presentaciones a clientes existentes para el incremento de facturación.

Proactividad y negociación para el cierre de propuestas.

Garantizar que el proceso de reserva es exitoso, desde la petición hasta su finalización de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente.

Mantenimiento y maximización de cuentas. Claro enfoque a la venta, identificando áreas de mejora y nuevos negocios con clientes.

Proactividad hacia la optimización de procesos.

Informe semanal: comunicar el progreso de las propuestas y su seguimiento. Métricas y estado de las cuentas.

Entablar y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes.

Servir de punto de contacto principal para todos los asuntos relacionados con la gestión de reservas del cliente.

Asistencia a reservas/eventos organizados.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de dos años demostrable como gerente/gestor/organizador de eventos de cuentas clave.Gran capacidad de comprensión, resolución de imprevistos y mucha comunicación.Habilidad demostrable para compaginar múltiples proyectos de gestión de cuentas con atención al detalle.Excelente capacidad de negociación y presentación. Mantener una actitud servicial hacia los clientes.Conocimientos de condiciones de pago.Importante asistencia y supervisión de manera presencial en eventos (disponibilidad horaria y flexible de lunes a viernes).Carnet de conducir y coche es imprescindible.Persona con curiosidad por el emprendimiento y persistencia suficientes para afrontar los desafíos diarios.Inglés
