Job Description
As an Assets Control and Analysis Intern you will:
Support Pre Reconciliation Audits
Support Audit Local Teams as unique contact
Support Audits manual input process (Self, Portfolio, CPM, etc)
Support Audit Central Europe WQ
Audits Master Database creation/maintenance
Interfaces check & maintenance of data integrity
Process in CRM of physical counting from Manufacturers & Retailers from the different sources
To handle his/her WQ to manage the different incoming tasks related to Audits: to enter audit results, creation of Audits, maintenance of Audits master database, etc
Report progress to the TL
SLA's
Meeting deadlines and quality requirements SOP Compliance & Audit policy
Skills and Knowledge:
Advanced Excel skills and technical profile.
Macros knowledge desiderable.
Demonstrable evidence of success in a process driven situation where success is dependent on consistent adherence to procedure/deadlines.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Languages:
Required: Spanish and English
Desirable: Any other EU language
