Buscamos un/a Junior Marketing Specialist para incorporación inmediata. Trabajo híbrido: tres días en la oficina y dos en remoto (lunes y viernes). Oficina en Francesc Macià. Salario entre 18k y 22k anuales con contrato indefinido, ideal como primer trabajo después de la universidad.

¿Qué harás?

Ayudarás a mantener las redes sociales de la empresa, interactuar con los usuarios y aumentar su actividad.Asistirás a gente senior en tareas de Paid Marketing y SEO.Analizarás resultados de campañas de marketing y ayudarás a sacar conclusiones.Realizarás tareas de Product Marketing, optimizando copys y proponiendo posibles mejoras de conversión.Tu PerfilNivel muy alto de español y nivel profesional de inglés.Sabes utilizar alguna herramienta de edición fotográfica y tienes buen criterio creativo.Ambicioso, autodidacta, buen trabajador en equipo, enérgico y positivo.Fuertes habilidades organizativas.Sin miedo a aprender cosas nuevas y a preguntar cuando no sabes hacer algo.Con ambición para escalar dentro de la empresa y asumir más responsabilidades con el tiempo.Se valora muy positivamenteExperiencia previa en alguna otra startup como internIniciativa previa creando proyectos propiosHas manejado alguna cuenta de tamaño medio/grande en RRSSPor qué te gustará trabajar con nosotros:Trabajarás con fundadores y advisors (con éxitos en empresas anteriores) garantizando aprendizaje y crecimiento profesional.Oficina/ático acogedor y soleado en Francesc Macià.Dispondrás de un Macbook para realizar tu trabajo.Serás uno/a de los primeros fichajes del equipo de marketing.
