¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Misión del puesto:

Atención al cliente en el servicio de postventa, lo que incluye la recepción de llamadas, la planificación y organización de los repasos postventa en las proyectos ejecutados. Esta oportunidad profesional requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas y de atención al cliente.

Responsabilidades:

Asoramiento y contacto con los clientes tras la entrega del proyecto. Planificar y organizar los repasos a realizar de postventa de los proyectos ejecutados por la empresa.Identificar y adoptar las soluciones constructivas más adecuadas para cada caso.Mantener una comunicación efectiva y profesional con los clientes.Coordinación con el/a Jefe de obra asociado al proyecto y organización para la realización de modificaciones y adecuaciones. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Titulación en Arquitectura Técnica o campo relacionado.Experiencia en atención al cliente y gestión de postventa.Experiencia previa en dirección de obra o bien a través de Jefatura de obra o bien de Dirección facultativa. Capacidad para identificar y adoptar soluciones constructivas eficaces.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad de adaptación e iniciativa.
