Funciones principales:
ATENCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DE INCIDENCIAS DE LOS CLIENTES
En el equipo es necesario poder atender las necesidades de los clientes por teléfono o por email mediante nuestras herramientas internas.
Detectar las problemas de los clientes y transmitirlos debidamente a los departamentos pertinentes para poder encontrar la mejor solución para cada situación.
Proactivamente, escalar situaciones que salen de lo normal, para evitar que los clientes nos contacten para una actualización sobre sus dispositivos.
TAREA ADMINISTRATIVAS: Dentro del equipo MSBU tenemos varias tareas administrativas que consiste en:
Gestión de contratos. Documentación de Contrato en nuestras sistemas. Facturación de recibos tanto de reparaciones puntuales como de contratos. Envío de informes sobre las reparaciones a los clientes. Recepción de aceptación/rechazo de reparaciones. Agendar reparaciones para nuestro equipo de técnicos en campo. Agendar preventivos para nuestro equipo de técnicos en campo. Llevar control del Stock de nuestro equipo de técnicos en campo.Requisitos y Competencias:Formación mínima: Preferiblemente Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (Técnico, Finanzas, Comercio, etc)
Experiencia: Preferiblemente 3 años de experiencia relevante en un puesto similar, en un entorno multinacional del sector.
Idiomas: Inglés nivel Intermediate. Se valorara muy positivamente que la persona tenga un nivel de Portugués alto
Competencias:
Conocimientos de SAP y/o SalesforceCapacidad Analítica y resolutiva.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y con otros departamentos.Capacidad de Aprendizaje.Habilidades comunicativas.
