Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales (ingeniería, industrialización y proveedores) para identificar y abordar problemas de confiabilidad y calidad, desarrollar estrategias de mantenimiento y calidad e implementar iniciativas de mejora continua.
Más en concreto deberá:
Liderar y ejecutar los entregables claves de calidad, incluidos los fundamentos del Diseño para la seguridad y la confiabilidad (DfSR).
Colaborar en la gestión de riesgos, evaluando la madurez de los entregables, capacitando al equipo, y garantizando que el diseño para la seguridad y confiabilidad y los fundamentos de calidad industrial estén asegurados dentro del proyecto.
Garantiza que la voz del cliente está bien recopilada, analizada y considerada dentro de la ejecución del proyecto desde la apertura hasta el cierre del proyecto.
Liderar la Planificación Avanzada de la Calidad del Producto (APQP) para garantizar la calidad y confiabilidad de los productos durante toda la fase de desarrollo.
Asegurar que se cumplan los entregables de calidad:
CTQ/CTC, FMEA, planes de control, diagramas P, análisis de árbol de fallos (FTA), PPAP, field test y perfil de misión.
Garantizar la colaboración del análisis de riesgos de los componentes y el propio panel de riesgos de los componentes.Colaborar con proveedores para garantizar la calidad de las piezas compradas.
Analizar datos de rendimiento y métricas de calidad del producto para recomendar cambios de diseño y proceso para mejorar la confiabilidad y la calidad.
Requisitos mínimos Es un proyecto atractivo para profesionales senior, con más de 7 años de experiencia en confiabilidad, ingeniería de calidad de proyectos o un campo relacionado, con experiencia en Calidad de Proveedores, desarrollo de DFMEA.
Conocimiento de Software para análisis de confiabilidad (Reliasoft), y análisis de datos (Minitab).Se valorarán las habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas (Lean Six Sigma, 8D)Comunicación y capacidad de colaborar efectivamente con equipos multifuncionales y promover el trabajo en equipo efectivo.
Mentalidad centrada en el cliente y enfoque en entregar valor a los usuarios finales de una manera pragmática.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado y la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas con facilidad son esenciales para el éxito de este puesto.
Dominio de Inglés y disponibilidad de realización de viajes internacionales con clientes y proveedores (aprox.25%).Se ofrece incorporación en grupo multinacional líder, con excelentes condiciones laborales retributivas, flexibilidad y beneficios.
