In your role you will support administration duties and local/regional projects and tasks providing consistent, informative and accurate information within the communications function, with a focus on the following:

Role Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is collections. Under general supervision, contacts customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May answer inquiries and resolve problems.
• Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
• Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

Role Requirements

• High school or bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 18 months (about 1 and a half years) accounting, finance, credit risk management or collections work experience.
• Familiarity with the principles of collections and risk mitigation measures. You will have the ability to conduct decision-useful credit analysis with a custom write-up based on limited information as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basics of accounting systems and databases.
• In this position, you need to be assertive, have advanced problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, multitasking skills and be driven to succeed.
• To fit into this high-achieving team, you need to be motivated and self-sufficient.
• Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday​
• Standard work week: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM​ ​
• Holiday season work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
