¿En qué consistiría tu trabajo?

Dentro de la Oficina de Proyectos, ubicada en Las Matas las responsabilidades serán:

  • Definir, desarrollar y mejorar procesos, procedimientos, flujos de trabajo, plantillas, registros y toda la documentación necesaria para la efectiva sistematización de la Gestión de Proyectos en Talgo.
  • Brindar soporte a los proyectos en ejecución para la divulgación y aplicación de la sistematización de la Gestión de Proyectos, monitorizar su despliegue y apoyar en acciones que sean necesarias.
  • Participar en el desarrollo, actualización, monitoreo, control y mejora continua del Plan Estratégico Plurianual de la Dirección de Proyectos Cliente; alineado a las estrategias de la Empresa.
  • Participar en el desarrollo, implementación, seguimiento y mejora continua de un sistema de gestión integral de la Cartera de Proyectos Cliente.
  • Participar junto a personal de Proyectos Cliente y de otras Direcciones de la Empresa en el análisis de los resultados de proyectos para identificar, analizar y capitalizar las lecciones aprendidas.
  • Contribuir a la estandarización de entregables sobre la Gestión de Proyectos que deben desarrollarse y presentarse en los proyectos comerciales durante la Fase de Oferta.
  • Participar en el diseño, ejecución, seguimiento y mejora continua de los Planes de Desarrollo del Personal de la Dirección para potenciar la eficiencia a través de perfiles flexibles y polivalentes.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de un modelo de monitorización y control de la efectividad de la implantación de las Buenas Prácticas de la Gestión de Proyectos en Talgo.
  • Participar en otras iniciativas de mejora continua y en cualquier otra actividad relacionada con la Oficina.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Titulación en Ingeniería Superior o equivalente. Idealmente formación en Gestión de Proyectos (Diplomado, Máster, etc. en Universidades o Escuelas de Negocio)
  • Experiencia profesional de al menos 5-8 años en gestión de proyectos y/o en el despliegue o desarrollo de Oficinas de Proyectos en entornos industriales.
  • Dominio de alguna de las Buenas Prácticas reconocidas de Gestión de Proyectos como PMI, IPMA, APM, etc.; y experiencia en su implementación o despliegue en entornos industriales.
  • Deseable Certificación de Proyectos por alguna de las Buenas Prácticas reconocidas internacionalmente como PMI, IPMA, APM, etc.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en el análisis, desarrollo y mejora de procesos y documentación soporte para la gestión efectiva de proyectos.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en la aplicación de Principios/Metodologías Lean, Kaizen, Agile, etc.
  • Nivel de Inglés B2. Valorable tener conocimiento en otros Idiomas: Alemán, Francés, Portugués, etc.
  • Manejo de alguna herramienta de planificación de proyectos como MsProject o Primavera P6-PP6.
  • Deseable contar con conocimiento y experiencia en herramientas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, QLIK, etc.).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar si así se requiere.
  • Se valorará tener experiencia en proyectos internacionales.
  • Deseable experiencia en sector ferroviario.
