Es una institución pionera en España en su apuesta por la integración de las artes (Música, Artes Escénicas, Cine, Fotografía, Diseño Digital y Bellas Artes) en el ámbito académico.

La Escuela Universitaria de Artes TAI está adscrita a la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Es el primer centro privado dedicado exclusivamente a la enseñanza práctica e integrada de disciplinas artísticas como cine, postproducción y animación, artes escénicas, música y artes visuales. Un colectivo comprometido con la creatividad, la innovación y la educación artística como fuerzas transformadoras que, a lo largo de estas décadas, ha formado a generaciones de profesionales que trabajan e influyen culturalmente en diferentes lugares del mundo.

Actualmente ampliamos nuestro Departamento IT y por ello buscamos un IT Officer Support (soporte informático).

Responsabilidades:

Administración de Sistemas (Directorio Activo Windows Server/Azure).Instalación y configuración de Hardware y Software Windows/Mac OS.Primer nivel de soporte a usuarios, telefónico, remoto y presencial.Manejo de ticketing de incidencias, seguimiento y cumplimiento de los SLA's establecidos con las incidencias recibidas o proyectos en curso.Generación de procedimientos y documentación asociada a la plataforma.Organización y gestión del almacén: control exhaustivo y seguimiento de inventario.Reparación de material técnico y cableadoGestión de garantías y RMA's con fabricantes.Actitud resolutiva y proactiva, con disposición para ayudar, atender incidencias y solicitudes del Staff en relación a los equipos informáticos, trabajo en equipo.Necesarios Conocimientos y experiencia en:Soporte Clientes Microsoft Windows/Apple MacOSX, tanto en software como en hardware.Redes y líneas de Datos (WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SAMBA).Cableado, concentradores, enrutadores, cortafuegos.Administración de Directorio Activo/Azure.Administración de Google G-Suite Workspace.Almacenamiento NAS (Synology/Qnap).Redes Wifi (Ubiquity Networks).Troubleshooting y Resolución de Incidencias.Atención, don de gentes, trato con usuarios y usuarios VIP.Habituado a trabajar bajo estrés y situaciones críticas.Amplios conocimientos y experiencia en soporte a usuarios, experiencia mínima de 10 años.Se realizará prueba de conocimientos técnicos y de soporte.Se valorarán Conocimientos y Experiencia en:Azure y sus servicios asociados de Cloud, AD, Backup, InTune, etc.Adobe CC Cloud.Hardware y Software de Postproducción, Audiovisuales, Sonido y TV.Distribución de Software (Mac OS/Windows)Automatización de tareas (scripting, powershell, bash shell).Sistemas Virtualizados (HyperV)Documentación de procedimientosExperiencia en el sector IT de universidades, sectores de audiovisuales y animación 3D, Música y TV.Nivel técnico de inglés básico, con el objetivo de poder leer y comprender manuales e instrucciones.Experiencia de 6 años en un puesto similar.Se ofrece:Contrato a tiempo completo.Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional.Contrato indefinido en compañía en pleno crecimiento.Salario euros brutos
