Purpose of Role

A Vendor Management Analyst role within the Vendor Management Operations (VMO) Team. VMO is part of Group Procurement & Vendor Management (GPVM) and sits within the Group Finance function.The primary purpose of the role is to support the overall management of PageGroup's technology vendors, with key activities including accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, administrative tasks associated with the end to end purchasing process, document administration.The role is an ideal opportunity for further exposure within vendor management, procurement and finance.Successful candidates must have the ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-functional and cross-cultural global environments as well as with vendors and senior stakeholders. The role is office based, located in the Barcelona SSC, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Vendor Management Analyst - Fluent English - PageGroup SSC will be responsible for:Purchasing - raising purchase orders, tracking spend and closure in line with signed contractsInvoice processing in line with signed contracts - invoice escalationProactive and real time communication to both vendors and internal PageGroup stakeholdersContract repository managementVendor analytics, research and reportingContract & PO renewals trackingSupport stakeholders for problems with vendorsOnboarding of new vendors to agreed standards and offboarding of vendorsOther vendor management or procurement related tasks deemed necessary by line management ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

No formal qualifications required for this role although the following is preferred:

Previous experience working with suppliers would be an advantagePrevious experience with a global purchasing system is desired but not essentialPrevious experience of working with a team email inboxExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience of MS Office suite
