Provide comprehensive, qualified and efficient financial support to the Area Senior Director and the team of our worldwide licensing and export business (Global Partners Markets) with a strong focus on business partnership. Funciones y responsabilidades- Business cases: Develop and evaluate business cases for new license-out projects or extensions of existing partner agreements. Analyze financial feasibility, risks, and potential returns.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with the Area to create annual budgets and forecasts.
- Long-term planning: Contribute to the long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights. Identify growth opportunities.
- Follow-up and deviation analysis: Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance. Calculation, control and follow-up of royalties and milestones related to the partner agreements.
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar, MBA will be appreciated
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to extract, summarize and present relevant data
- Collaborative working style in a multinational matrix environment
- Several years of experience as business controller gathered in a multinational company, any experience in the pharma sector will be a plus
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a big auditing firm (ideally "big-4")
- Familiarity in business planning, financial modelling and evaluations like DCF or NPV
- Good knowledge of MS office and experience in ERP systems, preferable SAP; experience in PowerBI is a plus
- Excellent English language skills, good knowledge of Spanish will be a plus
