Jr Consultant

We are looking for a Jr Consultant (Strategy & Compliancer) for a technology company that, since 2007, provides 360o cybersecurity services customised for their clients to help them develop cybersecure environments, with less risks and protecting their critical assets.

Main objectives:

As a Junior Consultant, you will support the implementation of strategic initiatives and compliance frameworks. You will assist senior consultants in designing strategies, monitoring projects, and enhancing operational performance in line with NCA and NIST standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in applying controls under NCA and NIST guidelines.Support the development of objectives, measures, and plans for strategic initiatives.Help maintain the three lines of defense as per NIST and NCA compliance requirements.Contribute to creating and updating the strategic roadmap.Facilitate inter-departmental cooperation and support the definition of RACI matrices.Help develop and maintain KPIs for assessing operational performance.Assist in designing and refining the target operating modelsSupport the breakdown and analysis of skills and sector designs.Aid in the supervision and guidance of sectors in implementing their strategic initiatives.Contribute to the management and upkeep of the performance dashboard.

Required Skills:

Understanding NIST and CIS frameworks.Good organizational and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Excluded:

Advanced level of English (C1/C2).Availability to work for one year in Arabia (NEOM) with the benefit of flaybacks.
