Business Analyst

To strengthen our Solution Management team, we are looking for a:

BUSINESS ANALYST

ROLE:

Analyze business process and look for optimization, suggesting alternatives​ Gather, analyze, document and validate the requirements​ Contribute to the design of solutions in close collaboration with Product, SW & HW Teams​, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to reach consensus on solutions alternatives Translate high -level requirements into detailed functional specifications Collaborate with sales teams during proposal phases, providing insights into solution capabilities.

PROFILE:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline Certificate in Business Analysis preferred More than 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally working in an Agile environment Proven experience in analysis and documentation of requirements and business process (i.e. Modelling/design techniques and methods, such as UML/BPMN) Knowledge in enterprise computing (Prog. Language, networking, data centers, infra, cloud, etc) Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and with a strong business and technical vision Capability to synthetize and vulgarize complex problem Strong communication and influencing skills Fluent in English mandatory, Portugese is a plus Availability to travel
