Buscamos incorporar un/a Consultor/a Senior HR Transformation & Technology con conocimientos de los diferentes procesos de RRHH y soluciones HCM existentes en mercado y experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de implantación.

El candidato ideal deberá contar con experiencia previa en:


• Desarrollar relaciones con los clientes y externos y construir activamente una red dentro del ámbito de tecnologías de Recursos Humanos para ayudar a abordar las necesidades de los clientes.


• Proporcionar soluciones en proyectos de digitalización de la función de recursos humanos.


• Tener experiencia en la implementación de al menos un módulo de un sistema de la nube en el ámbito de HCM, para poder dar recomendaciones sobre lo aprendido en estos proyectos.


• Liderar reuniones con clientes y facilitar talleres con el equipo cliente.


• Trabajar con el equipo hibrido para diseñar, configurar y probar procesos habilitados por la tecnología para la implementación de un sistema de RRHH.


• Desarrollar soluciones integrales utilizando las mejores prácticas de la industria combinadas con el entendimiento de opciones disponibles dentro de distintos productos de sistemas HCM.

¿Que necesitas saber?

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en consultoría en áreas de servicio de People & Change (Transformación de Recursos Humanos o Implantación de Tecnología en sistemas de RRHH).
  • Experiencia en herramientas RRHH: Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Service Now...
  • Grado en ADE/Economía o Ingeniería. Valorable Máster en RRHH.
  • Nivel de inglés bilingüe o nativo (Valorable experiencia internacional).
  • Otras certificaciones: Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci...
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
  • Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.
