Gestión de incorporaciones a plantilla:
Criba curricular y selección de personal; plan de acogida, vencimientos de contrato.
Gestión y seguimiento de ETT s y el personal cedido por ellas.
Gestión de incidencias relacionadas con el personal:
absentismo, bajas IT, permisos, vacaciones.
Control de presencia.
Apoyo en confección de nómina y costes laborales. Reporting.
Apoyo en gestión de la formación.
Gestión de documentación administrativa, entre otras....
Horario:
De lunes a Viernes de 8.00 a Salario: Entre 18 y €/brutos añoCaracterísticas de Contratación: Contrato de sustitución por IT (sobre 2 meses)Contrato a jornada completa de L-VIncorporación inmediata
