How to join our successful team?

  • Assist in updating and managing internal HR records (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
  • Support in HR documentation preparation.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (work hours, turnover rates, etc.).
  • Aid in payroll tasks by supplying relevant employee information (e.g. leave, sick days).
  • Participate in various HR projects.
  • Support in HR audits.
  • Be the initial contact point for all HR-related queries, offering guidance and aiding in conflict resolution.

Required skills:

  • University degree (preferrably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law) or Higher Degree in Administration.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written. B2 Level (minimum).
  • Advanced Office skills: Excel / PowerPoint are advantageous.
  • Skills needed: Teamwork, initiative, communication abilities, among others.
