Currently we are looking for a Mechanical Analysis Engineer who has experience in designing mechanical systems and performing mechanical analysis to ensure the proper performance and functionality of the designs.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mechanical Analysis Engineer at Zeleros. As a Mechanical Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for performing daily tasks focuses on analyzing and optimizing mechanical systems and components. Their primary role is to ensure that mechanical designs are robust, reliable, and meet performance criteria.

Your Day to Day

Design and develop mechanical components and systems for the different developments in the company's projects.Definition of functions and requirements of mechanical systems.Planning and definition of load cases during the life cycle of the system to be studied.Perform necessary mechanical calculations to ensure designs meet established requirements.Collaborate closely with the rest of the engineering team to ensure functionality and efficiency of designs.Perform tolerance analysis and ensure products meet required quality standards.Participate in the selection of appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.Contribute to the optimization of existing designs and the development of new solutions.Minimum Experience / Skills BSc. or MSc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar field.Experience with FEM mechanical analysis tools such as Ansys, MSC Nastran or similar.Experience with tolerance chain analysis.Experience with Siemens NX software or similar.Experience in the design of mechanical systems for batteries is a plusProblem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions
