Reportando a el Responsable de Estrategia corporativo el candidato/a seleccionado será responsable de las siguientes funciones:
participar en la estrategia de Transformación de la Compañía, impulsando las iniciativas del Plan Estratégico y su modelo de gobiernoEscalar los problemas críticos a la Dirección con su planteamiento de resoluciónGestionar de manera proactiva el día a día de los squads (líneas de trabajo) para asegurar la consecución de objetivos en plazo y forma, realizando las tareas necesarias en cada proyecto.Impulsar, planificar, organizar, controlar, evaluar y presentar la marcha de los proyectos.Aportar innovación y una visión alternativa a la ejecución que complemente los enfoques de los equipos de trabajoMonitorizar los economics y los principales indicadores de las iniciativas del Plan Estratégico, realizando su seguimiento transversal. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
