L'Associació TECNIO aglutina 56 grups universitaris i centres de recerca CERCA i CSIC amb acreditació TECNIO (agents TECNIO), atorgada per ACCIÓ – Generalitat de Catalunya.
Treballem per impulsar un model d'excel·lència en la transferència de coneixement i innovació cap a les empreses i la societat. Aportem valor afegit als agents TECNIO impulsant-los per fer visible la transferència d'innovació i coneixement cap a la societat.
Com Associació la nostra prioritat és generar valor afegit als nostres associats a través de les accions que realitza l'Associació TECNIO.
La figura que s'incorpori tindrà l'oportunitat d'interlocutar amb agents rellevants tant de l'entorn científic, tecnològic, innovador, l'administració pública i el sector empresarial i créixer professionalment sent part important de l'equip. Coneixerà les últimes tendències tecnològiques i projectes d'innovació procedents del sistema de recerca de Catalunya.
¿QUÈ BUSQUEM?
Pel creixement de l'Associació busquem un/a PROJECT ASSISTANT, que participarà en el dia a dia de les operacions de l'Associació supervisat i reportant directament al Responsable de l'Organització.
Entre les tasques a realitzar destaquen:
Atenció i gestió comunicativa i informativa amb els socis.Interlocució amb agents del sistema de recerca-innovació, l'administració pública i les empreses.Gestió de projectes i planificació.Gestió de les subvencions: elaboració de propostes i justificacions.Gestió i elaboració de propostes i memòries justificatives de projectes competitius i/o d'ajuts públics.Gestió i elaboració de documentació interna i comercial.Suport a la gestió de pressupostos i quotes associats així com relació amb proveïdors.Elaboració d'informes estadístics, enquestes i tasques d'intel·ligència analítica.Gestió i coordinació d'activitats de l'associació (jornades, congressos, formacions, ...).Creació de procediments internsGestió i coordinació dels events de l'Associació.
REQUISITS MÍNIMS
Recent graduat o cursant últim any de grau en enginyeria, ciències o empresarials.Amant de la innovació i amb capacitat per entendre el funcionament de les noves tecnologies i els projectes de caràcter científic i tecnològic.Persona flexible, amb alt grau d'autonomia, iniciativa i amb pensament crític, alhora que estar obert a donar i rebre feedback constructiu per millorar els processos de l'organització.Bon nivell comunicatiu ja sigui per mitjà escrit com oral.Gran capacitat relacional a diferents nivells així com treball en equip.Bona capacitat analítica i d'interpretació per a realitzar presentacions.Excel·lents habilitats digitals per poder realitzar comunicacions i documentació tant de gestió interna com comercial: Workspace Google (Gmail, GDrive, GCalendar, GDocs, GSheets, GForms), Suite Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) , Xarxes Socials.Capacitat organitzativa i acostumat a treballar per projectes que pugui complir tràmits i terminis estrictes.
HABILITATS / CONEIXEMENTS DESITJABLES
Coneixement de l'ecosistema d'innovació i recerca de Catalunya.Coneixement en gestió de projectes.Coneixements mínims en gestió de pressupost i dades econòmiques.Capacitats expertes en Excel/Google Sheets per realitzar extracció i explotació de dades (taules dinàmiques, fórmules estadístiques, ...).Coneixement d'eines de programació estadístiques i de representació gràfica per poder fer reports visuals i processat de dades: R, Python, ...
