Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
Currently we are hiring a Head of Digital and Ecommerce to join our team in Barcelona, as Head of Digital and Ecommerce you will be tasked with:- Take part in the definition of the overall digital sales strategy
- Work hand in hand with marketing team to drive organic traffic, develop sales
- Constantly optimize online stores to maximise conversion rates and performance
- Overall management of brands Leoncycle/NCM/ET websites in Spain , Amazon and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores such as planning, daily operations, advertising and promotions
- Set up SEO to increase online presence of our website
- Set up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook and other medium
- Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed,
- Follow the global strategy to position the brand as a top e-bike player in local countries
- Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecastsFurthermore, you should have:
- 5 years of working experience in E-Commerce, sales or consumer goods or marketing
- Experience working with an international brand
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with google and Facebook and other internet tools
