Actualmente, buscamos una persona que se una a nuestro departamento de Supply como Regional Manager España, reportando a nuestra Head of Supply, en nuestras oficinas en el centro de Madrid.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Buscar proveedores globales para cubrir nuevos destinos o nuevas actividades.Analizar la competencia para valorar nuevas propuestas.Mejorar las condiciones que tenemos con los proveedores actuales con el fin de obtener la mayor rentabilidad. Gestionar la negociación de rappel anuales.Atención a las peticiones y resolución de dudas que pueda tener un proveedor o el equipo.Mediar entre att cliente y el equipo cuando no reciben una solución acorde.Revisión semanal de la carga de productos negociados por su equipo.Seguimiento de las integraciones que se desarrollan y proyectos de mejora internos.Supervisión y distribución del trabajo del equipo de Destination Managers de la región asignada.Coordinar al equipo de contratacion en la región definida.Marcar objetivos, plazos, definir tareas estratégicas.Seguimiento de proyectos específicos relacionados con SupplyGestión de proveedores globales de su región en coordinacion con Head of supply
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia en la gestión de proveedores y actividades en otras plataformas online similares.
Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de al menos, 1 año.Experiencia en empresas del sector.Experiencia gestionando roles similares enfocados a la negociación y contratación.
Formación
Licenciatura / Grado en Turismo o ADEInglés (mínimo C1) y otros idiomas.
