Desde Oxigent Technologies seleccionamos un/a SOFTWARE TEAM LEADER para participar en proyectos de fabricación de componentes y sistemas electrónicos para la industria automotriz ubicado en Tarragona.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
Gestionar planificar y controlar el proceso de desarrollo de software en un proyecto desde el análisis de requisitos hasta la entrega del software.
Actuar como el enlace entre los aspectos de software del proyecto y el cliente y otros grupos del proyecto.
Responsabilizarse de la gestión del backlog del producto incluyendo la expresión de los elementos del backlog priorizarlos para lograr el mejor valor comercial y garantizar la visibilidad transparencia y claridad para todos los miembros del equipo.
Para ello¿qué vas a necesitar?
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos
Fuerte conocimiento de ASPICE
Sólida experiencia en el sector automotriz.
Inglés fluido.
