Bridge for Billions is a social enterprise that co-designs and manages incubation programs for early-stage entrepreneurs with the goal of democratizing access to entrepreneurship and making it more inclusive.

We work with partners around the world to customize each program to fit their needs, using a proprietary methodology and a team of experts and mentors.

Bridge for Billions supports thousands of purpose-driven entrepreneurs to build inclusive, sustainable companies and create positive change. We are focused on creating entrepreneurship opportunities for all, accelerating growth, and offering entrepreneurship support worldwide.

In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based

>> What will you do?

The Junior Graphic Designer will provide visually engaging content for Bridge for Billions' entrepreneurship programs, collaborating closely with the program development team and other content producers.

>> How will you do it?

  • Graphic Design (50% of the time): Create graphic materials to highlight the impact of our programs and collaborate on brand identity.
  • UI Designer and Web Manager (30% of the time): Create and modify informative pages using Elementor for WordPress, implement UX improvements, and manage site performance.
  • Project Management (20% of the time): Maintaining effective communication with the client, monitoring the project's progress, and recommending ways to optimize the graphic design process.

>> What are the requirements for this role?

  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of digital communication and Adobe Creative Cloud design tools.
  • Proficiency with Keynote & Powerpoint.
  • 12 years of graphic design experience.
  • Elementor for WordPress knowledge.

BONUS

  • Experience with prototyping design tools such as Figma, XD or Sketch
  • Experience working with remote teams using project management tools.
  • Social media video editing skills
