En nuestra oficina de Madrid buscamos responsable en el área de calidad capaz de liderar servicios de Quality Services. Se requieren profesionales con al menos 6 años de experiencia en diferentes proyectos, capaces de liderar equipos multidisciplinares, realizar asesorías de calidad y reportar a capa de ejecutiva.

¿Qué harás?
auditorías internas para evaluar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y procesos establecidos, identificando áreas de mejora.documentarás y mejorarás los procesos internos para aumentar la eficiencia y la efectividad operativa.capacitación en procesos y calidad a los equipos para garantizar ños estándares y mejoras prácticas.y analizarás datos operativos y de calidad para identificar tendencias, problemas, oportunidades de mejora...la comunicación interna sobre temas relacionados con calidad y procesos.asegurarás de que la compañía cumple con todas las regulaciones y normativas relacionadas con calidad y procesos.los resultados de auditorías y las iniciativas de mejora a la alta dirección y otros departamentosiniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar los procesos y la calidad de los servicios.los riesgos operativos y de calidad que puedan afectar a la organización y desarrollarás planes de mitigación.¿Por qué tú?Por tu actitud resolutiva y trabajo en equipo.
