We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team for a multinational leader in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for communication and coordination with various business units, which serve as stakeholders for the App
  • Needs to understand the specifics of the clients' business and communicate effectively in their terms.
  • Capable of comprehending and analyzing business requirements, assisting in prioritizing them, and negotiating according to the IT budget allocated for the program.
  • With the support of their team, this individual will be accountable for meeting deadlines, managing budgets, ensuring the scope, and maintaining the quality of the initiatives agreed upon with the customer.
  • Responsible for managing team members and fostering their growth and development.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint is required

Skills:

Essential:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related background.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT and managing software development teams.
  • Experience in a demanding Production Service environment.
  • Proven experience in running Agile Methodologies and leading teams in this context.
  • Experience as a Global Product Owner or Product Owner role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (C1)

Desirable:

  • Background in Mobile applications or Digital channels.
  • Knowledge of development methodologies, version control tools, integration/continuous delivery, and quality assurance (GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, SONAR, JUnit, etc).
  • Familiarity with DDBB (SQL, Oracle), Java, Microservices, K8, Jenkins, Python, Docker, JSON, HTML5, and Cloud Amazon WS
