Al menos 3 años de experiencia en rol de Encargado/a de empresa retail o similarBuenas dotes de liderazgo, habilidades comerciales y atención al detalleOrientación a resultados e implementación/manejo de KPIsExperiencia gestionando grandes equiposDisponibilidad para viajesTrabajar de forma puntual los fines de semanaNivel de inglés alto, cualquier otro idioma es un plus (preferiblemente chino o árabe)
