The Data Scientist will work alongside with other engineers in the team to help us to reach our goals through machine learning and advanced analytics, by using text data and audio calls as data sources.
She or he should be a disciplined and self-motivated Data Scientist with background in NLP, predictive modeling, and analytics experience.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on the new leading edge software technologies in the market (Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Automatic Speech Recognition, LLMs) with a highly competent team in Málaga.
ResponsibilitiesBuild new AI functionality to increase the value of our product using edge technologies.Process and analyze audio, text and user data for feature engineering that will optimize the AI features in our product.
Research and adopt new generation technologies like Whisper (ASR), Transformers and LLMs, as well as internally built models.Contribute with best practices to the team. The following is requiredGood communicator, good documentation skills, team player.
Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result oriented.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field.2+ years of experience with Python and ML/NLP libraries.
Understanding and experience with training, tuning/evaluating and deploying ML models.
Upper intermediate English:
B2-C1.Extra desirable skillsExperience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR): especially Whisper. Experience with GenAI and LLM technologies would be a big plus.

Gemini, GPT, Llama,

Embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, quantization techniques, etc
Experience with data management:
extraction (SQL/noSQL) and transformation (e.g. pandas).Experience with MLOps (e.g. MLFlow).

GCP, AWS and/or Azure.
